We loove going over to my best friend, Lindsay's, house. We always have so much fun over there. Lydia loves playing with Luke and just listening to him talk to her :) He always talks in the sweetest voice to her and Lindsay and i just love watching the 2 of them together. I love that they are gonna grow up together!

I think my little Lyddie looks just like her daddy :) But i think that might be because im around both of them all the time haha What do you guys think? As i was uploading these pics, im even more certain that she's just a girl version of her dad hehe (obviously the 1st pic is Lydia lol)

What's been goin' on

It's been awhile since i've posted so i thought i should update. Father's day went pretty well. For one of Max's gifts, Lindsay took pics of me and Lydia and we picked our favorites and put them in a really cute collage frame :) Here are some pics from that shoot...



Lydia has been getting SO big lately! She has now discovered her voice. It is the cutest thing to see her gibber-gabber and try to talk to us :) She's always trying to copy the sounds we make (and she's getting pretty good at it!) She also does this thing where she shows off by kicking or moving her legs really fast lol She always looks real proud of herself after she does something haha Here's a video that has her talkin and showing off

2 Years!

It seems like i JUST posted about our 1 year anniversary lol It also seems like this has been a long year cause its been all about trying to get pregnant, being pregnant, and then finally having our sweet baby girl :) We have had another awesome year and have been SO blessed. I couldn't ask for more in life. i have an amazing husband that i love more and more everyday. I'm always thinking 'how did i get SO lucky???'. Last year we decided that for our anniversary every year, we will go and stay at the hotel we stayed at for our honeymoon. We did that this past weekend and it was awesome :) We got to just spend time together and enjoy our time together (not to mention getting sleep lol) My mom watched Lydia while we were there and that was so helpful. It was hard to leave her but we definitely enjoyed ourselves. I cant believe its been 2 years! I love my husband and love the little family we have so far :)



P.S.
Lydia had her first shots today cause she turned 2 months yesterday. It was SO sad :( She was acting so happy before they gave her the shots which made it even worse knowing that they had to poke a happy girl :( But she was a trooper and only cried for a few seconds. And she has been my happy girl the rest of the day :)

Dieting Update

Well, its been about 6 weeks of dieting and its been going pretty good. I've now lost 13 lbs doing weight watchers (thats 37 pounds since i've had Lydia). I didnt realize how hard it is to lose baby weight. i kinda thought it would come off fast just because it was all put on so quickly but, thats SO not the case lol I'm just glad im losing and not gaining weight anymore.
This week was my first week of bootcamp. Sione from The Biggest Loser is in our ward and decided to put on a bootcamp for anyone who wanted to get their butts kicked big time. I thought, whats better than someone who has had the right training and has lost TONS of weight, teach me to do the same? lol Sione was also the dj at my wedding before he went on the show and he looks completely different! i was looking through my wedding pics the other day and almost didnt recognize him.

Its amazing! And so far, the bootcamp has definately been working lol i can hardly walk cause my legs are so sore. My dad, Hillary, and Alicia are also doing it so it makes it better. So, im hoping, this stinkin' weight will come off a lot faster and i can be a hot mom ;) haha jk

I've wanted a new camera since i found out i was pregnant so i can take cute pictures of our little one. Well, my husband finally said that i can get one! we obviously cant afford a real expensive one but i get to choose a digital camera :) Anyone LOVE their digital camera? i want ideas... (more pics comin soon hehe)
